Janus Symbian
Engine, the custom made extension that will help you improve Flash Lite
functionalities, has become an open source project! You can simply download it, and you can use it with Janus Symbian to expand the boundaries of Flash Lite! Of course now Janus Symbian Full and Lite have become just Janus Symbian, and it’s free to use even for commercial projects.
I know the application before being open source was showing a “built with Janus” before launching the swf application and that made me prefer the kunerilite wizard.
Beside mobile/gallery from Adobe, now we have a page showcasing some Flash Lite applications.

That’s quite interesting and since we are based in Europe, Romania, we’re more than happy

This also means that europeans are in trends and they have the latest technology in their hands.

As for Silverlight on the mobile, there was a great buzz recently when Nokia announced it’s going to support SilverLIght on it’s S60 and
some S40 mobile phones. it is not clear yet what will be the limitation of the
runtime on these devices only that it’ll “initially” support only SL 1.0, which
means logic written in JavaScript and no CLR.
Windows Mobile will support Silverlight 1.0 as well from the middle of 2008.
